A starting point for your school’s business office, data lead, and IT team.
1. Scope and fee
Fall packages: CHE Data Entry $499; one-time CHE Reconciliation $1,499; Reconciliation & Monitoring $2,499 through the agreed deadline. Confirm the school entity, worklist, sources, outputs, schedule, and responsibilities. Ordinary setup is included. Spring credit terms apply to eligible monitoring clients.
2. Data-sharing terms
Review our agreement or your school’s required terms. Define the purpose, approved information, permitted use, access, retention, and closeout expectations.
3. Security arrangements
Review the proposed sharing environment, named users, authentication, storage and access locations, and incident contacts. Configure the agreed setup before sharing files.
4. Vendor onboarding
Work through the registration certificate, W-9, purchase-order process, vendor questionnaire, and any applicable insurance or additional procurement requirements.
